The total turnover of transactions on all instruments at Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) for January-August 2011 totaled 5.29 billion manat, increasing by 4. 49 times compared to the same period of last year, the statement said.
The corporate securities market increased by 1. 4 times compared to the same period of last year. The figure hit 389.1 million manat compared to the same period of last year This is stipulated by the increased volume of transactions in corporate bonds by 1.75 times.
The state securities market increased by 5. 5 times . The figure hit 4.9 billion manat. This happened as a result of the sharp increase of operations by 3.7 times.
