Iran 's inflation rate has increased by one percent to 18.3 percent from August 23 to September 22, Fars News Agency reported quoting an official in Central Bank of Iran as saying.
Meanwhile, Iran's Economy Minister announced the inflation rate was 17 percent in this period.
The International Monetary Fund indicated in its monthly report that inflation rate in Iran would reach 22.5 percent in 2011.
