Yapi Kredi Bank Academy acting under "Yapi Kredi Bank" of Turkey began its activity in Azerbaijan from November 02, 2011. Thereafter employees of "Yapi Kredit Bank Azerbaijan" CJSC will get education using leading education programs developed by the Academy as per "Yapi Kredi Bank" strategy.
The target of the Bank Academy is to provide assistance for personal development of the employees of "Yapi Kredit Bank Azerbaijan" CJSC via the improvement programs precisely developed for them, and to increase the efficiency of work by applying the knowledge obtained by them in their activity.
At present Yapi Kredi Bank Academy has developed "Development Program of Yapi Kredi Azerbaijan" in the direction of development and expansion of "Yapi Kredi Bank Azerbaijan." In the near future the application of the said program will be started with participation of all employees of the bank. The Azerbaijani Bank Education Centre will be cooperated within the duration of the program.
The event relating to training of the employees of "Yapi Kredi Bank Azerbaijan" CJSC by Yapi Kredi Bank Academy was held on November 2 at "Park Inn" Hotel. Mr.Joshkun Bulak, Chairman of Board of "Yapi Kredi Bank Azerbaijan" CJSC stated that the activity and scope of the bank would be expanded more the from the following year: " The program of Bank Academy is of great importance for us in terms of development and expansion. Our purpose for application of this program is to meet the demand and needs of our employees in the field of individual development, leadership and social responsibility, including the field of banking, and to achieve your development as a leading bank by providing assistance in their improvement."
A wide presentation of Yapi Kredi Bank Academy was made at the event. Mr.Gihangir Kavunju, head of the department for Human Resources of "Yapi Kredi Bank", Mr.Joshkun Bulak, Chairman of Board of "Yapi Kredi Bank Azerbaijan", Mr.Javanshir Abdullayev, Head of Bank Education Centre and Mr.Saynur Onen, President Vice-President of the Academy spoke at the event.
They informed that Yapi Kredi Bank Academy has begun its activity since early 2008. Academy implements its education and improvement programs in the directions of Banking, Individual development, Leadership and Social responsibility. The main purpose of the Academy is to recruit qualified bankers, as well as to provide assistance in increasing the service quality, customer's satisfaction and bank's profitableness.
At present, the Academy provides training for 17000 employees, customers of the companies acting at the financial sector of "Koch Holding" , as well as for the University students.
Taking into account the valuable time within the banking sector Yapi Kredi Bank Academy implements the education and improvement activity via Internet as well. All employees of "Yapi Kredi Bank" can joint the lessons within 24 hours per day. Also, the bank customers are informed via Internet on subjects which are difficult for them.
Tarlan Bakhshiyev, Aydin Aliyev and Agshin Ibishov who got education in Turkey and working for "Yapi Kredi Bank Azerbaijan" at present were awarded certificates for success completion of the trainings provided by the Academy.
