Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev signed the Law "On ratification of the Protocol on amendments to the Agreement between the Government of Kazakhstan and Government of the United States on ensuring commercial rail transit of special cargo through the territory of Kazakhstan in connection with the U.S. participation in efforts to stabilize the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan", Kazinform reported.
