The Tender commission of Itera LTD, which operates in accordance with the terms of Production Sharing Agreement for marine block 21 of the Turkmen section of the Caspian Sea, has announced an international on the drafting drill of an exploration well provision within the contract area under the Treaty on the division of products in respect of block 21 of the Turkmen section of Caspian Sea
To obtain the tender conditions and participate in the tender, in time to 12:00 pm of 06.12.2011, is necessary to:
1. Submit a written application for participation in the tender. The applicant application shall be drawn up on the official letterhead of the applicant, signed by an authorized person on behalf of the applicant, sealed by the applicant. The Application shall include the name, address, phone, fax, date, location and registration authority, the legal form of the applicant, a list and brief characterization of the main activities and completed orders, list of major clients, and indicates representative who will liaise with the Tender Commission.
2. Receive the terms of the tender by the addresses given below. The official representative of the applicant must personally apply with the application till the deadline to receive tender conditions and represents a power of attorney certifying the rights of the official representative on the filing of the applicant and the receipt of tender conditions, designed properly, in the original.
Tender conditions may be provided by e-mail. In this case the applicant must submit original applications and the power of attorney in any possible way in the Tender Commission.
3. Payment of fee for participation in the tender is not provided.
4. Deadline for the Tender Offer is the 12.00 of 14.12. 2011.
