Customs chief: Iran's non-oil exports up 29 per cent

Iran's foreign trade totalled $105 billion last year with exports accounting for $43 billion, Fars news agency reports the director of Iran's Customs Administration, Abbas Memarnejad as saying.

Imports dropped four per cent last year (Iran's solar year ended on March 20) and totalled $61.8 billion while the country's non-petroleum exports grew 29 per cent over the previous year, said Mr. Memarnejad.
