The Azerbaijan-Argentine business forum will be held in Baku on July 3-4, Ministry of Economic Development (MED) of Azerbaijan said on Thursday.
The delegation will include representatives of Argentine companies engaged in agriculture, wine, oil, agrochemical, construction, textile and other industries, the report said.
It is the first visit of the Argentine business delegation to Azerbaijan. Trade turnover between Azerbaijan and Argentina amounted to $36.45 million, 13.42 million manat which accounts for export, State Statistics Committee of Azerbaijan said at the end of 2011. The export of Azerbaijani goods increased by 786.6 percent last year compared to 2010.
The official exchange rate on June 21 is 0.7857 AZN/USD.
