The Turkmenbashi complex of oil refineries has announced the extension of an international tender for upgrading a bitumen unit. This to bring its capacity up to 300,000 tons of bitumen a year at the Turkmenbashi complex of oil refineries on behalf of the commission for tender selection of suppliers of oil and gas complex of Turkmenistan.
