Prices on Baku's primary housing market increased by 0.3 per cent amounting to 886.5 manat per square metre in July compared to the previous month, 'Property Market Participants' said.
"Prices increased by 2.6 per cent compared to the previous quarter and by 11.3 per cent compared to the same period last year," the organisation said.
Housing prices in Baku shrank by 25.8 per cent compared to the peak crisis period (September 2008) and increased by 5.6 per cent compared to early 2013.
In July, the number of new buildings put on the market decreased from 400 to 398 units. The number of construction companies decreased by three and amounted to 126.
