Terter district executive power has announced a tender for capital overhaul of the district's roads in 2014, according to a message from the tender commission.
Participation in the tender costs 150 manats. The bids, backed by a bank guarantee in the amount of two percent of the cost, will be accepted by the commission till February 24, 2014, 17.00 (local time). Opening of bids will take place on February 25, at 15:00 (local time).
