Azerbaijan is the largest export market of Georgia. Georgia exported some $ 37,086,700 worth of goods to Azerbaijan in January 2014 which is by $9 million less compared to the same period of 2013, GruzStat (Georgian National Statistical Service) told Trend on Feb.24. Thus, despite the decrease in export volume, Azerbaijan remains the largest export market of Georgia.

Azerbaijan delivered around $48,581,500 worth of goods and services to Georgia in January, GruzStat said.

Azerbaijan is the second largest foreign trade partner of Georgia. The foreign trade turnover between the two countries amounted to $85,668,200 or 11.3 percent of Georgia's total trade turnover in January.

Turkey ranks first with $114,356,600 and China is the third with $58,142,200.
