The executive director, board member of Azerbaijan's AtaBank, Batula Ahadova has resigned, the bank told Trend March 16.
"For the present, this position remains vacant, since the Supervisory Board plans to approve the new structure of the bank's management this week," said the bank.
Currently, the composition of the banks board is as follows: chairman Dayanat Guliyev, his deputy Etibar Babashli, executive directors/board members - Huseyn Bayramov, Emil Amirov and Rauf Huseynov.
It is the second change in the bank's management in the past month. Earlier, Dayanat Guliyev was appointed the chairman of the bank's board, while Etibar Babashli was named his deputy.
AtaBank, successfully functioning since 1993, is one of the largest commercial banks of Azerbaijan. Today, AtaBank is as a hi-tech universal bank rendering services to corporate and retail customers.
