Kazakhstan’s gold and currency reserves, including gross reserves of the National Bank and the National Fund’s assets, increased from $94.11 billion to $96.24 billion in June 2016, said Kazakh National Bank in a message July 12.
Meanwhile, Kazakhstan’s gold and currency reserves amounted to $91.38 billion since the beginning of 2016.
The National Fund’s assets increased by 3.53 percent - to almost $65.75 billion since the beginning of 2016.
Gross international reserves of the National Bank increased by 9.39 percent – to $30.49 billion in the reporting period.
Net international reserves of the National Bank increased by 9.95 percent - to $29.66 billion since the beginning of 2016.
The assets in currency increased by 0.5 percent – to almost $20.41 billion.
The National Bank’s assets in gold increased by 33.11 percent – to almost $10.09 billion since the beginning of 2016.
