Azerbaijan’s Azersun Holding is merging three of its factories, said a report published in the newspaper of the Ministry of Taxes.
Azersun’s Sweet Star LLC and Farmer Oil Production Union LLC are being liquidated and merged into Baku Food and Oil Factory LLC, according to the message.
Sweet Star LLC is a producer of chocolate spreads. Farmer Oil Production Union LLC and Baku Food and Oil Factory LLC produce various vegetable oils and mayonnaise.
Azersun is the largest non-oil holding company in Azerbaijan. The group of companies includes more than 30 enterprises specializing in food industry, agriculture, packaging and paper industry, as well as trade.
