UNEC has launched the new strategic partnership with the business community.
Within the framework of the presented “UNEC2B” Platform, the joint activities on the adaptation of education to the requirements of the labour market, establishing of the enterpreneurship university model and provoding the UNEC alumnus with the job will be ensured. As well as, by the establishment of the UNEC Neuro-Linguistic Test Laboratory, identifying the correspondence of job to alumnus and the alumnus to job, organizing the Digital Marketing service for conducting the digital marketing of the local products in the foreign markets and by creating the job.unec.edu.az virtual labour exchange the employers will be supported by the UNEC experts.
The main directions of “UNEC2B” Platform:
1. In the case of hiring the UNEC alumnus the “service”, id est the free upgrade trainings within 3 years for the alumnus of the university on the basis of the request of employees should be organized by UNEC;
2. Unless the UNEC students notify the weaknesses related to the recruitement interview, the free courses for eliminating those shortcomings until graduating, on the program of the employer should be organised by UNEC;
3. The specialist trainings should be provided on the basis of the proposals of employers for the team of the students representing various specialties;
4. In the case of hiring the UNEC alumnus for rendering the assisstance to the employers, with the purpose of diagnosing the knowledge and skills of the candidates, the Neuro-Linguistic Test Laboratory, applied in the international practice, should be established at UNEC and its work should be organized;
5. With the purpose of promoting the export of the products produced by the local enterpreneurs and conducting the online marketing research in the world market the services of the UNEC Digital Marketing Center should be offered;
6. The job.unec.edu.az virtual labour exchange should be organized on the permanent basis, to help the UNEC alumnus to get the job and the employers to find the appropriate professionals;
7. The “UNEC2B” Coordination Council should be established. The Council should be included the Azerbaijan State Economic University (UNEC), the Ministry of Economy, the Ministry of Lbour and Social Protection of Population, the National Confederation of Enterpreneurs (Employers) Organization, the American Chamber of Commerce in Azerbaijan (AmCham), the Azerbaijan Turkey Business Association, the Chamber of Auditors and the Bank Training Center. Presiding over the Council firstly should be imposed on the rector of UNEC and the chairman should be changed every year based on the rotation;
8. Depending on the desire of the employers, the conditions for their representing at the university and faculty adminitration should be created.
