This year, five more enterprises will begin to operate in Azerbaijan’s Balakhani Industrial Park, Chairman of the Board of Tamiz Shahar JSC Etibar Abbasov said at a press conference in Baku March 13.
“These enterprises will process polyethylene, cooking oil and waste, plastic, paper, as well as produce activated carbon and electrical tapes,” he added. “To date, five enterprises are already operating in the industrial park.”
The Balakhani Industrial Park was created upon Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev’s decree dated December 28, 2011. Tamiz Shahar JSC is the management company.
To date, 10 residents, namely, Ekokat, Az.Ekol, METAK, Foriella, Bioropean, Altura Group, Alphapack Azerbaijan, Carboza, individual entrepreneurs Etibar Eminov, Tarlan Azimov, have been registered.
