The concrete-making plant in Astana, near the Family Village and VelaVillage cottage towns, will be moved to another place, Head of Astana City Administration (Mayor) Aset Issekeshev wrote on his Facebook page.
Issekeshev said the issue was discussed with the Head of BI Group Holding JSC company Aydin Rakhimbayev.
At present, the plant provides with construction materials a large number of projects under construction in the city, therefore the company has planned to move this plant as late as in 2019.
However, after discussions with the head of the city administration, the company decided to carry out the displacement of the plant to a new location in the near future. The preparation of the new site and the displacement of the plant will take two months.
