On Nov. 26, Uzavtosanoat sold its stake in three dealer enterprises to private investors, the company’s press service said in a message.
The message read that the company is conducting a phased work to increase competition among the dealer enterprises in order to improve the quality of the services provided, including by increasing the number of fully private dealerships.
“As part of this work, shares in three dealerships (Okoltin Avtotekhservice LLC in the Syrdarya region, Jizzakh Avtotekhkhizmat LLC in the Jizzakh region and Samarkand Avtotekhkhizmat LLC in the Samarkand region) were put up for auction,” the press service.
The auction was organized by Respublika mulk markazi LLC.
