Turkmenistan launches 3 cattle-breeding complexes

Cattle-breeding complexes have been commissioned in Balkan and Akhal provinces of Turkmenistan, Trend reports citing the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan (UIET).

The Turkmen company Kamilligin Gozbashy built a complex in the Serdar district of the Balkan province, designed for the production of 500 tons of meat per year.

The farm has 440 heads of cattle. In the future, the livestock will be increased to 3,000 heads.

Another Turkmen company, Ajaip Ussat Halal Onumleri, launched a complex in the Baherde district of the Ahal province that will produce top quality beef, the so-called marbled meat.

Initially, there are plans to produce 15 tons of products per year at this complex, and then to produce 180 tons and establish exports.

The new farm has about 600 animals.

A new agricultural facility was also built by the Ayyt company in the Baherde district of the Ahal province. The capacity of the complex is 200 tons of meat per year. The farm has 120 heads of cattle, the number of which is planned to increase to 800.
