A state register of approximate standards and prices in construction has been approved in Turkmenistan, Trend reports with reference to the Ministry of Construction and Architecture of the country.

In line with the order of Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, the state program on the development of a national estimate and regulatory framework and the improvement of the pricing system in construction for 2019-2025, as well as its implementation plan, have been approved.

These documents provide for the preparation of the state classifier of building materials, the procedure for monitoring pricing in construction, methodological documentation, accounting of software, creation of a state register of approximate standards and prices. This decision has been discussed recently at a government meeting.

Berdimuhamedov noted that the construction complex is focused on implementing large-scale industrialization programs, creating modern transport infrastructure, manufacturing import-substituting products and increasing the volume of export goods, housing construction and the transformation of regions.

“A well-thought-out pricing policy for raw materials will make it possible to more efficiently use the available capacities and increase the profitability of construction facilities,” the Turkmenistan State News Agency reported.
