Implementation of the projects on creation of 12 logistics centers continues in Turkey, a representative of the country’s Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure told Trend.
Nine of the logistics centers have already been commissioned, according to the ministry. Eight logistics centers are under development and at the stage of tender procedure, while construction of four logistics centers continues, the source noted.
“After the completion of project development and tender procedures, the work will also begin on the construction of eight logistics centers, and foreign contractors will also be able to participate there,” the Ministry's representative said.
The construction projects of 21 logistics centers in Turkey are to be implemented as part of the government’s “Vision 2023” plan.
