Uzbek manufacturer Zuhro Yulduz Dizayn will deliver a batch of eco-friendly cotton bags to UK, Trend reports with reference to Uztextile Association.
The contract for the supply of 6,000 bags was concluded with the British company Notting Hill Gate Bags Limited in the framework of the international exhibition Pure London-2019.
"An agreement was also reached on organizing a visit of leading British brand companies including Moss Bross, Sport Direct and others to Uzbekistan in early September this year, in order to establish cooperation with domestic textile companies and arrange the export of Uzbek textile products to UK and other EU countries,” Association noted.
In addition, the Uzbek side held talks with the management of Agha Establishments International. The British partner expressed interest in exploring the possibility of supplying finished textile products, including men's clothing made of fabric produced in Uzbekistan, to Britain.
Pure London is the UK's largest fashion show, featuring new seasonal collections from top women's clothing and accessories designers. This year, more than 800 British and international brands of women's clothing, accessories and shoes took part in the exhibition.
