The Uzcharmsanoat Association of Uzbekistan hosted a meeting with representatives of Link Group and KAZA Company from Egypt, Trend reports referring to Uzbek media.
The parties discussed prospects for developing cooperation and, in particular, the project on creating a line for production of women's model shoes in Uzbekistan with investments made by the Egyptian companies.
It was noted that the segment of model women's shoes in the market of Uzbekistan is promising and the demand for it is high today. In this regard, the parties discussed opportunities to attract specialists from Egypt to the design of women's shoes and invite them to participate in future joint projects.
At the end of the meeting, foreign investors were invited to participate in the International Exhibition of Leather, Shoes and Leather Products “Uzcharmexpo”, which will be held in Tashkent in October this year.
