Nearly 30 industrialization projects to be implemented in Kazakhstan's Kyzylorda

Some 28 projects worth 567.7 billion tenge are being implemented in Kazakhstan’s Kyzylorda region within the framework of the state program of country’s industrialization, Trend reports with reference to the press office of Kyzylorda city’s akimat (administrative center).

As reported by the press office, the glass, feedstuff, bricks and fish processing plants are to be launched in the region before the end of 2019.

Thus, within the framework of region’s economy diversification the work on implementation of two projects in metallurgy, i.e. development of Shalkiya lead and zinc field and Balacauyskandyk vanadium field, continues in the region.

Furthermore, the meat-packing plant will be put into operation in Talsuat settlement near Kyzylorda city before the end of 2019. The capacity of the plant is up to 5,000 tons of deep processing of meat in vacuum packaging. The implementation of the project will allow to include nearly nine million hectares of grazing land into agricultural turnover, to employ 25 people, to secure food security of the region and to increase the volume of meat export. Syr Marzhany company is the main investor of the construction.

Furthermore, Araltuz JSC is planning to construct a workshop this year aimed at Chinese market. The project work on the construction of another salt manufacturing plant in cooperation with Russian investors is underway.

The issues of attraction of external engineering infrastructure to put into operation a poultry farm in Karmakshy district are also being looked into, the press service reported.
