Iran's trade turnover exceeds $35B

Iran's trade turnover reached $35.5 billion during five months of this Iranian year (started on March 21, 2019), according to the Iran Customs Administration’s report on foreign trade.

The export of Iran's non-oil items reached $17.8 billion, Trend reports referring to IBENA news agency.

According to the report, among five major countries exporting the Iranian goods worth $13.3 billion were China, Iraq, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates and Afghanistan.

Iran imported the goods worth $17.7 billion during five months of this Iranian year.

According to the report, the goods were mainly imported from China, the United Arab Emirates, Turkey, India and Germany. The import value from these five countries totaled $12.2 billion.
