The amount of foreign investments increased by 89.8 percent in Iran during the first four months of this Iranian year (started on March 21, 2019) compared to the same period of last Iranian year, Trend reports referring to the report of the Iranian Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade.
According to the report, the delegation of the Organization for Investment Economic and Technical Assistance of Iran has approved the amount of foreign investments worth $554.4 million for various projects during four months of this Iranian year compared to $292.1 million in the same period of last Iranian year.
According to the report, the number of the approved projects was 24, which is 26.3 percent more compared to the same period of last Iranian year (19 projects).
