The PMD Group company, specializing in asset management, real estate investments and property administration, continues the work as part of reconstruction of a multi-storey office-type building into a housing estate in Baku, a source in the company told Trend.
The work includes reconstruction of Nizami Plaza, located in the Yasamal district of Baku, according to the source.
“The company has completed 10-12 percent of the work, and has begun the second stage of the reconstruction,” the source noted. “The entire scope of work within the large-scale project is planned to be completed by the end of next year.”
It was also noted that the company is simultaneously involved in several construction projects that envisage reconstruction of small and medium-sized facilities in Baku.
