Baku Textile Factory, the largest textile producer in Azerbaijan, will start exporting its products, Director of the factory Sakina Babaeva told Trend.
According to her, it is planned to export of corporate clothes.
“The exports are expected in the second half of next year. At the moment, we are actively increasing production capacity of our enterprise in order to cover the demand both in the domestic market and to export abroad. At present, the volume of production of corporate clothes is 35,000 - 38,000 pieces Next year we plan to increase this indicator to 45,000 – 48,000 units,” Babaeva said.
“We are negotiating with our partners in Russia and in the Arab countries. I believe that next year we will determine the exact volume of exports and the range of goods,” the director said.
The factory employs some 300 people, and has seven production lines.
The factory has the latest equipment and technologies from Germany and Japan.
The factory has established production of daily clothes, evening dresses, corporate, children's, sports and medical clothes, as well as school uniforms, and all types of working clothes, including military uniforms.
