Elektrogas LLC, an Azerbaijani-Chinese joint venture, producing heating systems, has decided on the timing of the production of a new type of heating appliances, the company’s Director Elnur Jamilli told Trend.
This includes production of combi boilers, Jamilli said.
“The production of a new type of heating system will begin March 1, 2020,” the director noted. “As many as 30,000-35,000 combi boilers will be produced annually. Initially, the plant’s new products will be sold in the domestic market. The company’s plans also start exporting the combi boilers. We consider Georgia to be a potential export market.”
“There are plans to systematically increase the production volumes of the plant, in particular, the volumes of new types of products,” Jamilli added. “According to our estimates, in the coming years, the plant will be able to produce up to 100,000 combi boilers annually.”
The local and Chinese investments in the amount of 2 million manat (over $1.1 million) were attracted to establish the company. In the future, it is planned to increase investment to 11 million manat ($6.4 million).
