Iran discloses volume of products exported through Kermanshah province

The products worth $1.8 billion were exported through customs checkpoints of Iran’s western Kermanshah province during 10 months (from March 21 through January 20) of this Iranian year (beginning on March 21, 2019), Director General of the Customs Administration of the province Khalil Heydari said.

“Some 4.6 million tons of products were exported through the customs checkpoints and border markets,” Heydari added, Trend reports referring to Mehr news agency.

“The export value increased by 24 percent while the export volume by 3 percent during 10 months of this Iranian year compared to the same period of last Iranian year,” the director general said.

“Some 2.6 million tons worth $980.4 million were exported through Kermanshah, Parviz Khan, Khosravi and Paveh checkpoints within 10 months of this Iranian year,” Heydari added.

“The export value dropped by 28 percent while export volume - by 20 percent within 10 months of this Iranian year compared to the same period of last Iranian year,” the director general said.

“Over 2 million tons of products worth $817.5 million were exported by other Iranian checkpoints through the Kermanshah checkpoint during the reporting period," Heydari said.

“The export volume increased by 33 percent while export value decreased by 19 percent during 10 months of this Iranian year compared to the same period of last Iranian year,” the director general said. “Some 798 kinds of products were exported to 30 countries within 10 months of this year.”
