In the agro-industrial cluster of Namangan region cotton is harvested with use of new harvesters, Trend reports referring to the Uzbekistan textile and garment industry association.
Another 20 new TZST CE 220 cotton harvesters were brought to the machine and tractor park of the Art Soft Holding LLC cluster located in the Pap district of the Namangan region.
Art Soft Holding LLC cluster is one of the largest holding companies in Uzbekistan. It includes such large enterprises as Art Soft Textile, Art Soft Chamanzor, Art Soft Promzona, Art Soft Nanay, Art Soft Bo`ston, Art Soft Spinning, PapFen.
The grain fields in the Pap and Mingbulak districts have been completely transferred to this agro-industrial cluster.
Cotton harvesters of the Tashkent plant of agricultural machinery with a total cost of 26 billion soums ($2,547.22 billion) will serve for fast and high-quality cotton harvest, reducing the level of manual labor.
