Georgian Tsivis Kveli companym engaged in cheese production, is looking to expand its sales market, following the shrinking of sales because of the COVID-19 pandemic and delays in air traffic, Trend reports via Georgian media.

Currently, negotiations are underway with Fresco, Ori Nabiji, Zgapari, and Europroduct companies, with regards to export.

As for the export, according to the founder of the company Gocha Gagashvili, exporting the production of Tsivis Kveli to the US is carried out without any delays. After combating the pandemic and opening the borders, Tsivis Kveli plans to adapt to new sales markets.

Currently, the company is negotiating with Turkey, Uzbekistan, and Israel.

Gagashvili mentioned that because of the lack of distribution channels, it's not possible to fully utilize the potential of the enterprise. At this time, the factory processes 2,000-3,000 liters of milk per day, perhaps the company has the ability to process 10,000 liters per day.

The company estimates that after opening the borders, the demand for Tsivis Kveli products will be increased by 20-30 percent.
