Some 33,200 tons of polyethylene were produced in Azerbaijan in the first two months of 2021, which is growth of 21.2 percent year on year, Trend reports citing the report of the Azerbaijani State Statistical Committee.
According to the committee, over 24,600 tons of propylene were produced in the reporting period, up by 9.8 percent compared to 2M2020.
Besides, the country produced 33,100 tons of ethylene, which is 20.8 percent more in annual terms.
