The sales of the National Iranian Copper Industries Company (NICICO) increased by 116 percent during first six months of the current Iranian year (March 21 through September 22, 2021), compared to the same period of the last Iranian year, the Managing Director of the company, Ardashir Sad Mohammadi said, Trend reports referring to the company’s website.
Sad Mohammadi said that the sales of the company for 6 months amounted to 350 trillion rials (about $8.32 billion).
“Meanwhile, in 6th month of the current Iranian year (August 23 through September 23, 2021), the sales of the NICICO amounted to 86.7 trillion rials ($2.06 billion), which is an increase of 102 percent, compared to the same month last Iranian year,” he added.
The director noted that the company's monthly sales in the 6th month is a record for the 6 months. So, the company's average monthly sales during 6 months were 58.3 trillion rials (about $1.39 billion).
