Passenger cars manufacturing of Iran’s Pars Khodro Automaker Company increased by 17.3 percent during the first six months of the current Iranian year (from March 21 through September 22, 2021), compared to the same period last Iranian year, reads the report of information service (codal.ir) under the Securities and Exchange Organization of Iran, Trend reports.
According to the report, the company manufactured a total of 58,017 passenger cars within the mentioned period.
Meanwhile, in the same period last Iranian year, the Pars Khodro Company had manufactured 49,459 passenger cars.
"So, the company manufactured 31,551 units of "Quick 200", 14,916 units of "Quick", 11,053 units of "Saina", 497 units of "Brilliance" within 6 months," the report said.
Furthermore, the company's passenger cars manufacturing for the 6th month of the current Iranian year (August 23 through September 22, 2021) amounted to 14,250 units.
Reportedly, three giant Iranian automakers (Iran Khodro, Saipa and Pars Khodro) manufactured 429,414 passenger cars in the first 6 months of the current Iranian year, which is an increase of 0.87 percent, compared to the same period last Iranian year. So, these companies had manufactured about 426,695 passenger cars in the same period last Iranian year.
