Turkmen Trading House has commenced operations in Kazan, Russia’s Tatarstan Republic, with a primary focus on Turkmenistan-made goods, Trend reports referring to the Business Turkmenistan news portal.
One of the priority directions in the commercial activity of the Trading House is the expansion of the range of textile, knitwear, and clothing goods made in Turkmenistan.
Furthermore, the company will engage in both wholesale and retail trading of Turkmen and Russian-made goods.
The House, which has been registered in Kazan since March 2021, is aimed at attracting wholesale and small-scale wholesale buyers, as well as commercial entities engaged in the manufacturing, distribution, and sale of goods.
From the beginning, the company set the goal of providing direct deliveries from Turkmenistan's leading factories, equipped with the most contemporary technologies and satisfying international standards.
Turkmenistan initially decided to open a trading house in Kazan due to the great demand for its goods in Russia.
Turkmenistan places a high value on its relations with Tatarstan. The two parties cooperate in areas such as oil exploration, oil production, gas transportation, automobile, aircraft and shipbuilding, energy, chemical products supplies, pharmaceuticals, medicine, construction, agriculture, innovations, and information technologies. Branches of the leading companies of Tatarstan, such as KAMAZ, Tatneft, and IED-Holding, operate in Turkmenistan.
To boost the volume of Turkmen products offered on the global market, the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan established trading houses in dozens of countries, including Russia, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, Afghanistan, Turkey, and China.
