TEHRAN, Iran, July 4. Iran and Russia are stressing an increase in trade and economic ties, Trend reports citing Mehr News Agency.
The two sides have reviewed the joint establishment of financial and trade infrastructures during a meeting of the CEO of Sberbank of Russia with the Iranian Minister of Industry, Mine, and Trade.
Pursuing relations in export and import, services, joint investment, and transit cooperation were discussed at the meeting.
The two sides also exchanged their views on proposing joint ventures in manufacturing home appliances, automobiles, shipbuilding, and power plant construction.
The preliminary talks have started between Russian and Iranian companies for cooperation in the exchange of automotive parts between the two countries.
