BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 13. Iran's non-oil exports to Russia increased by 26.4 percent in value and 55.5 percent in volume, during the first four months of the current Iranian year (March 21 through July 22, 2023), compared to the same month last Iranian year, Trend reports.
As indicated in the data of Islamic Republic of Iran Customs Administration (IRICA), Iran exported 664,000 tons of non-oil products worth approximately $294 million to Russia in 4 months.
Meanwhile, Iran's export of non-oil products to Russia stood at 427,000 tons worth $232 million in the same period of last Iranian.
Iran mainly exported petrochemical products, agricultural products, glassware, industrial products, etc. to Russia over 4 months.
Alone in the 4th month of the current Iranian year (June 22 through July 22, 2023), Iran exported 152,000 tons of non-oil products worth $84.5 million to Russia.
Overall, Iran exported about 45.8 million tons of non-oil products worth $15.9 billion within the first 4 months of the current Iranian year.
This is a decrease of 7.97 percent in value and an increase of 28.6 percent in volume compared to the same period last year.
