A meeting of the heads of the railway departments of the CIS and Baltic countries on the tariff policy for 2006 will take place on 18 October in Tallinn, the Azerbaijan State Railway told Trend.
A delegation headed by the chairman of the department Arif Askerov is expected to represent Azerbaijan at the event.
The railway departments of CIS and Baltic countries are currently coordinating the protocol, disseminated to the representatives of these countries, who took part in the three-day conference of the railway experts, held in Dushanbe on 5-6 September 2005. The final document on tariffs will be adopted in Tallinn.
