The next monitoring on existence of bird flu in the country completed. “The State Veterinary Service (SVS) is currently studying results of the monitoring,” Emin Shahbazov, the head of SVS under the Agriculture Ministry, told Trend.
According to Shahbazov, the monitoring was conducted on base of 1,373 samples taken from different birds in the territory of the country.
“There is no any fact of existence of the disease in Azerbaijan,” Shahbazov underlined. The representative of the service stressed that the final results of the monitoring would be ready in the weekend.
