By the operative data the forecasts of the state budget revenues for January-February 2006 have been fulfilled by 101,4% and instead of the planned 415,728 million РђZN 421,387 AZN have been transferred to the state treasury, the Finance Ministry has told Trend. The revenue growth is observed practically on all budgets revenue items.
For the reporting period 226 million AZN have been collected by the Tax Ministry against the forecasted 222,959 million AZN, thus fulfilling the forecast by 101,4%. 82,681 million AZN have been collected as customs dues and taxes, thus fulfilling the forecast by 101,9%. The highest tempos of receipts are noted from the part of the State Committee on state property management, which planned to transfer from the state property leasing to the state budget at the level of 185%. Receipts from other payers were 666,000 AZN against planned 360,000 AZN.
Transferences from the State Oil Fund (SOFAR) to the budget are performed as it has been forecasted at the level of 97,5%. This year the SOFARs active involvement in the budget forming is observed starting the first month.
As it is seen from general data, the forecasts for the state budget revenues without SOFAR transferences would have been fulfilled by 77,9%. It is related to the fact that the European Union grant within the Food Safety Program has not been received. The National Bank of Azerbaijan has not yet set to payments too. By other revenues the plan has been fulfilled by 34,8%.
