Tax Ministry states the dynamics of increase of fraction of subsoil tax. Ministry officials told Trend, fraction of this tax in total budgetary incomes made 7.3% in 2002, 6.9% in 2003, 9.7% in 2004 and 3.8% last year. Most of incomes on subsoil tax fall to State Oil Company of Azerbaijan. During 2004, SOCAR transferred 476.9bn manat to the budget, 97.5% from total royalty incomes (489.2bn manat) and 24.8% from total tax incomes from SOCAR.
