The international workshop under the North Development Project implemented with Internationals Fund for Agriculture Development (IFAD) is held in Baku by August 2006.
Officials of State Agency for Agricultural credits with Agriculture Ministry told Trend the workshop is planned with participation of representatives of state authorities, international organizations and IFAD.
The project aims at improving living conditions for 15,012 families. The project envisages issuing middle-term credits in total amount of some $4.5mln in northern regions of Azerbaijan.
The total cost of the project is estimated in $25mln.
