Rufat Aslanli, the Director General of the National Bank of Azerbaijan, has told journalists that 70 currency exchange departments have been registered in the National Bank, Trend reports.
According to him, the former currency exchange offices were removed, however, now they are operating as currency exchange departments. Touching the issue on determining the quota on the number of such departments, he said that such a quota had not been fixed, and that no limits and restrictions had been determined in this sphere at all.
