Azerbaijan, Baku / corr. Trend V.Mammadov / A presentation of the first tractors assembled in Ganja Car Factory took place on 27 March in the Enterprise. The Director of the Factory, Khanlar Fatiyev, said during the presentation that approximately 1000 tractors are planned to be assembled in the Factory this year in accordance with the agreement reached between Ganja Car Factory and Minsk Tractor Plant.
"It is a State order. Agrolizing Joint Stock Company has concluded a contract with the Factory on purchase of 382 tractors. Presently the first consignment of the tractors is assembled in the Factory. Nearly 40 tractors are planned to be assembled per month," Fatiyev said, adding that assemblage of the trucks MAZ will begin next month. According to Fatiyev, the components of MAZ cars have already been sent to Ganja and assemblage of cars of Minsk Plant will commence in April. Presently the technical capacity of the Factory makes up 2000 tractors and 750 MAZ cars per year.
