Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend corr U. Ismaylova / Norman Flynn, the President of the Real Estate International Foundation, reported that the members of the Azerbaijani real estate market should have the opportunity to gain expert skills through appropriate education within this field.
According to Flynn, the estimators in Azerbaijan should participate in training courses on a wide spectrum of property estimation, including intellectual property and business estimation.
"Azerbaijani realtors and estimators should also try to be more disciplined and improve on their ethic skills in order to win confidence within the real estate market," Flynn urged.
The President also voiced his belief that the confidence will enable the realtors and estimators in Azerbaijan to attract foreign investors.
