Azerbaijan, Baku / corr. Trend I.Khalilova / A business forum will be held in Baku at the end of June and beginning of July which will be attended by Azerbaijani and Canadian business people, said the President of Azerbaijan Export and Investment Promotion Foundation (AZPROMO), Emil Mejidov, on 22 May. "The Embassy of Azerbaijan initiated the visit of a group of Canadian business people to Baku. An interest is shown by firms specializing in agricultural and energy spheres," Mejidov said.
In addition, a presentation of Azerbaijani investment opportunities will be held in Los Angles. According to the AZPROMO head, the visit will take place on 30-31 May. The Azerbaijani delegation will be headed by the Deputy Minister of Economic Development, Mikail Jabbarov. The delegation also includes representatives of 15 companies. Interest is shown by companies specializing in various fields, including IT, the banking sector, the construction industry and production. The visit has been organized by the Ministry of Economic Development and AZPROMO.
