Azerbaijan, Baku / corr Trend I.Khailova / Natik Amirov , the Azerbaijani Deputy Tax Minister, announced that the Azerbaijani Taxes Ministry has launched the development of priorities for a new State Program regarding the Improvement of tax administering. The document will cover the period from 2008 to 2012.
The efficiency term of the program expires by the end of 2007. Almost all the tasks included in it, have been fulfilled. There are a few technical milestones, including the installation of electron tax terminals, which are currently in process. The terminals will be installed in all territorial tax places.
The deputy minister noted that the US Treasury and the different international financial organizations should provide assistance in the development of the second stage of tax administering. The exchanging of experiences is also carried out amongst the other countries
