Azerbaijan, Baku / corr. Trend S.Babayeva / The Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic's (NAR) representative in Baku has reported that from January to May some AZN 47.44mln turnover was seen in products and rendering of services sectors in NAR which is 34.4% more than 2006. In total 64.9% was observed in output of products and 35.1% render of services.
Some 0.3% of industry production was extraction, 68.2 % was from the processing industry, 31.5% -supply of energy and water, 19.2% engaged in production and 62% distribution of energy and water.
The share of the private sector in industry made up AZN 32,320, the State sector - AZN 15,122. The production in State sector increased by 2. 9 times in the private by 69%.
During this period the number of people engaged in industry made up 5,779. The monthly salary of each employee increased by 12% and amounted to AZN 133.
