Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend corr. U.Ismaylova / The State Committee on State Property Management of Azerbaijan announced investment competition on selling of stocks of the Gedebey respublika idman kompleksi JSC, a republican sports complex. Along with local investors the foreign investors can attend at the competition.
The interested should submit their documents by 27 August. The competition will be held on 29 August at 10.30.
The authorized capital of Gedebey respublika idman kompleksi is AZN 164,002, the number of allocated shares -AZN 82,001, the price of one share is AZN 2, the quantity of selling shares are 78,519 and the total nominal price of shares is AZN157,038.
